Context and business problem
Urgo Polska distributes pharmaceutical products, including Alugastrin. They needed ongoing support across UX, technology and marketing rather than a single project, so we work on a monthly retainer.
Constraints
- A retainer: work is planned month by month, so priorities have to be clear.
- A regulated, pharma-related category, where marketing communication has to stay careful and accurate.
My role and key decisions
- UX, technology and marketing advice for the client
- Working on the account with two MyFlow team members
1. Analytics
We set up the analytics.
Decision: measurement before optimisation.
Why: without reliable data there is no way to judge what the campaigns and site changes deliver.
2. Site ready for search
We prepared the site (alugastrin.pl) for a search campaign. It covered landing pages, tracking and analytics, page speed and content.
Where AI fits
I use AI for faster analysis and content drafts; recommendations are checked against the analytics data and reviewed with the client.
Solution
- An analytics setup the client can rely on
- alugastrin.pl prepared for a search campaign
Outcome and impact
- Analytics set up and a site ready for a search campaign.
- No outcome metrics to publish.
What I learned and what’s next
- On a retainer, the most valuable thing I bring is prioritising: choosing each month the one change that moves the needle.
